He returned my call almost immediately, and the first thing he did was ask to FaceTime to see if he could help me troubleshoot the problem without even having to make an appointment. When that failed, he came out the same day and fixed the issue very quickly for us. If you need excellent service and someone that knows what he is doing call Mike and his son. I have been having issues with my Sunsetter Awning for over 10 years. He not only solved the problem but switched my fabric around and adjusted the issue I'd been having with my motor. It pays to go to someone that is knowledgable about service.
